Our mission is to provide strategic direction on human resources related matters and ensure that the administration of the institution is in sound footing, able to respond on the mandate of developmental local governmnet.

Purpose: 

  • To render personnel and payroll administration, capacity building programmes, health and safety, and deal with labour related matters as well as performance management of all eployees

Function:

  • Render personnel administration ranging from medical aid, pension and provident fund, leave administration.
  • Facilitate skills development programs for councillors and employees relation.
  • Deal with all labour related matters pertaining to employer/employees relations.
  • Render payroll administration
  • Deal with all occupational health and safety issues affecting the entire staff generally.
