TRANSNET-PHELOPHEPA HEALTH CARE TRAIN
VOLUNTEERS WANTED!!!!
The Transnet Phelophepa Health Care Train will be visiting Mbhashe local municipality, Dutywa from the 05th of March up the 16th of March 2018. Mbhashe Phelophepa Local Organising Committee is looking for suitably qualified people who will assist at the Phelophepa Health Care Train for two weeks. We require the following:
1. 30 Interpreters
2. 16 General Workers
3. 2 Cashiers
4. 12 nurses:
>In an ideal situation we would like the qualifications of the nurses to be as follows:
>9 x Professional Nurses (paying their Nursing Council subscription fee)
>2 x Enrolled Nurses (paying their Nursing Council subscription fee)
>1 x Enrolled Nursing Assistant; however we are aware that this may differ depending on the availability of the nurses in the different areas.
5. 1 Registered Pharmacy Assistant
To be considered as an interpreter you must have the following;
1. Must have passed at least Grade 12
2. Must be able to fluent speak and understand English and IsiXhosa or Afrikaans and English
3. Must be reliable
4. Must reside in Dutywa, within 15 km of the Train Station
To be considered as a cashier you must;
1. Have prior experience as a cashier and basic understanding of the computer
2. Be honest and reliable
3. Must reside in any of the wards in Dutywa and within 15km of the Train Station
To be considered as a nurse you must;
1. Be retired, Energetic and willing to work with a big volume of patients and Phelophepa staff
2. Must still be paying their subscription to the Nursing Council and posses such proof of current membership
