Mbhashe Local Municipality Mayor Councillor Samkelo Janda will host 100 days of new council service delivery progress report (State of the Municipality Address) from when they were elected on the 03 August 2016 and sworn on the 17 August 2016.

The purpose of the gathering is to inform all stakeholders about progress made since inception of new council.
